Tyrese Shipp

Tyrese has directed/vision-mixed multiple outside broadcasts (Bath Abbey, Royal Albert Hall, a John Law concert), been DoP on music videos (King Nun, Lambrini Girls), created content for Team GB and won the 2023 NaSTA Gold for On-Screen Talent.

He is the director of Dragons, which made it's Northern debut at the Starling Film Festival, which has gone on to be selected for over twenty film festivals including BIFA-Qualifying ones, winning: RTS West of England Student Factual 2024 (and a finalist for the national competition), Heritage Award at the British Documentary Film Festival, Best Documentary at 9th Earls’ Court International Film Festival & Best Documentary at 16th Southampton Film Week.
