FILM SYNOPSIS

In the last days of their tumultuous relationship Julian and Laura are confronted with a life changing event and now have to bear the consequences.

DIRECTOR SYNOPSIS

Born in Argentina in 1991 and raised in South Africa, Lessing Swanepoel worked on yachts and studied many things to make ends meet. After migrating to Germany in 2018, he started to pursue his passion for filmmaking and achieved German citizenship quickly.Lessing explores many film departments (light, grip, production, camera) and works on high budget productions of expensive features (Uncharted, The Collini Case, Dreams Are Like Wild Tigers) and TV shows like The Queens Gambit (netflix), Wir Kinder vom Banhof Zoo (amazon prime), Sløborn, Druck, SOKO Wismar (ZDF) in Europe.Mr. Swanepoel approaches the world of directing as autodidact and created several short films for the cinema to test his craft as director. He quotes and suggests many epochs of movie history in his productions to charm his audiences and festival selection committees.
