Tom Harris

My name is Tom and I have had a lifelong passion in filmmaking, with specific interests in reviewing films, video editing and cinematography.

I graduated from University for the Creative Arts in Farnham, with a BA degree in Film Production. One of the major highlights of my time there was meeting the acclaimed film director Michael Radford, and along with 2 other film students making a short documentary about the experience of making his adaptation of 1984.

I am a self taught video editor, with experience using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve. Since graduating in 2022, I have been freelancing on various projects including a short feature film where I discovered my passion for camera operating. I have also been busy editing film projects, which include promotional videos, video essays and short documentaries covering local events and local charities.

I have also written around 316 film reviews, currently active on Letterboxd and originally IMDb, which I have been doing for over 10 years.
