FILM SYNOPSIS

A woman in her thirties heads to the seaside. Tired of work and disillusioned with her personal life, she wants to pour all her sorrows into its depths. Unexpectedly, she finds much more than she expected – she falls in love with the sea... and the feeling is mutual.

DIRECTOR BIOGRAPHY

Graduated in Art History (University of Wrocław) and Film Directing (Katowice Film School).

In 2018, she was nominated for the Wrocław WARTO Award (Film) for her short films Open to Me and Zwykłe losy Zofii.

The same year, Zwykłe losy Zofii won Best Short Film at the Gdynia Film Festival and received awards at several Polish festivals. The film was also screened internationally, including in Mexico, the USA, and China.

In 2021, she made her literary debut with Propolis, published by Dom Horroru.

She works as a screenwriter, writer, and director for film and television.
