Meet the industry professionals behind the Fifth Edition of the Starling Film Festival.
Molly Hall
Co Founder & Co-Director
Molly graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in 2021 with a Masters degree in Film Studies. Shortly after, she co-founded the Starling Film Festival and is currently one of the Festival Directors as well as the Production Assistant for the Film company, Mad as Birds Films.
Ciaran Wainwright
Co Founder & Co-Director
Graduated SAE institute in 2019 and in 2021 graduated from LJMU with a a Masters Degree in Film Studies. Following graduation, Ciaran co-founded the Starling Film Festival and is currently developing projects and freelancing as a photographer/writer.

Tom McCann
Media Graphics Designer
Tom is currently an art student with the hopes of joining the filmmaking art world as soon as he finishes his studies. Tom designs our festival posters for us and has done since the Second (all festival posters can be found in our archives!)
