For one night only, the Starling Film Festival will present 12 carefully selected films at their in-person event at The Light Cinema in New Brighton on Thursday 12th November. This year's program proudly showcases an international selection of films from Mexico Switzerland, New Zealand, US, Brazil, Italy, Iran, Canada, and UK, spanning diverse categories such as Fiction, Animation, Documentary, and Student!

 

Additionally, for the third time, the festival  is proud to present the Aviary Audience Award. This prestigious award will be given to one of the 12 finalist films screened at the festival screening, with the winner being selected and celebrated by the attending audience on the night.
