Massimo Bulgarelli

Born in Rome in 1996, he graduated from the “Roberto Rossellini” Film School and began his career in directing soon after.

He first worked as a videomaker, producing commercials and music videos, before moving on to writing and directing short films with his brother Flavio. Their works span a variety of genres – from Italian-style comedy to horror, and even science fiction – always maintaining a distinctive and personal touch.

He won Best Horror Short at the Starling Film Festival with Lo spazio sulla Terra, a tense story inspired by the style of the acclaimed series The Twilight Zone.
