Dan Horrigan is an award winning filmmaker with over 100 festival appearances. He's acted as an awards judge for leading film festivals in the USA including Other Worlds Film Festival and FilmQuest as well as here in the UK. His latest film Read to Me recently screened at The British Museum and The Curzon Soho. His screenplay Populace was produced and directed by Aaron Bevan Bailey and has over a million views worldwide.
